Lisa Ashby serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Pharmacy Services business of Cardinal Health. Ashby’s responsibilities include leading the Pharmacy Services sales and due diligence teams, developing strategy and identifying new market needs.
Ashby’s health care industry career includes significant experience in developing, launching and managing new services for the provider market, including start-up businesses in hospital inventory and freight management outsourcing. She previously served as Vice President of Distribution Channel and Services for the Medical Products and Services business of Cardinal Health, with responsibility for growth of the distribution channel, customer-facing technology and supply chain services. Ashby began her career with Cardinal Health in 1988 as a sales representative in the Hospital Supply Division, and has held numerous sales and operational positions, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Operations for the Eastern Region. |

Ashby has had an active role on several industry advisory boards, and is an industry recognized speaker on leadership, strategy, customer loyalty, supply chain efficiencies, staffing and healthcare trends. She has also facilitated many team building and strategic planning sessions within the provider community. Ashby has actively supports children’s causes, and values her time with family and her nieces and nephews. Ashby earned her B.A. degree in public policy, computer science and psychology from Duke University.
