Theresa Kathryn “Fixin to do some Kissin” Fundraiser

A recent Houston fundraiser, “Who’s fixin, to do some kissin”, was a great success, raising over $1,600 for the Theresa Kathryn Foundation. Over 200 people turned out to see who would win the honor of kissing Theresa, our friendly pot-bellied pig. Strategies varied greatly including: being prepared with wax lips, lots of extra chapstick, to a simply friendly kiss on the back. Thanks to George Plava, Tracy Gould and Boots Thurman for all being good sports in participating in this fundraiser. Our thanks also go out to Alysia Turner, and Norma Hall whose efforts in organizing the event resulted in lots of giving to The Theresa Kathryn Foundation.
